From the time of our first chats and your useful suggestions, through the design stage with the invaluable computer-generated images showing how the various installations would look, right through to the actual execution by Ian and the team,  the whole installation was carried out flawlessly.

We were impressed by the attention to detail, the willingness of all to ensure that the whole scheme was as we had envisaged and the good humour in which the job was carried out. We were also impressed by the price !

"I recently have had an old out dated bathroom remodelled into two separate rooms, by HACIENDA.  It was designed to be one shower room and one bathroom with bath, shower etc.  Right from the first site visit where initial ideas from me were discussed their service has been first class. 

The concept that I had rapidly became conceptualised by the designer and the computer generated visual representation was very helpful.  It enabled me to look at the fine detail before the work even commenced.  The brochures and product information was of a high quality and finish and certainly a cut above what is available in the main DIY outlets. 

I particularly appreciated the visit by the project manager prior to the work to discuss practical aspects such as access, parking and time of arrival.  Once the work began I cannot fault the whole team.  The work was carried out with great efficiency and cheerfulness and to a high standard.  Everyone was pleasant and courteous and there were no problems.  They even looked after my bonsai tree while I was away!  I would recommend them to anyone.  The finished result is stunning and I am very delighted. This is not said lightly since one way or another we have had more than our share of building work over the years including the odd cowboy and a horrendous experience with some underpinning.

Hacienda are professional, they turn up when they say they will and once they start the job they keep going until they finish it. They seem to have a company culture that runs from the plumber, the electricians, the plasterers to the decorators and manage the project smoothly and efficiently, basically they do what it says on the tin, they even leave the house as clean as possible at the end of each working day.

The price for the 2 jobs we have had completed by Hacienda did not suddenly vary neither were there any nasty surprises, maybe we were lucky but I don't think so, they are a good company and we are very happy with the finished product."
