An initial visit is undertaken by Nick Threadgold to measure your kitchen or bathroom and to discuss with you your exact requirements.  Nick will bring pictures and samples and use his expertise to give you the ultimate design for your budget.  At Hacienda uk, we believe in designing a kitchen or bathroom around your lifestyle.  We are not a direct sales company and we will not pressurise you in any way.  We design around our customers wants and needs to deliver the best their money can buy. 

Once Nick has a good understanding of what you require, he will plan your design.  A full rendered image of your new room, exactly as it will look when completed will give you a good visualisation of what can be achieved and also give you another opportunity to make any alterations that you would prefer.

When you decide to go ahead, a survey date will be arranged for you to meet one of our expert fitters and confirm the installation date.  We aim to work around an eight week lead time, but this is always subject to survey. 

After installation of your kitchen or bathroom by Hacienda uk, we are happy to leave you with a one year guarantee.  In other words, complete peace of mind.
