General
Contracts are made and accepted to these terms and conditions.

Quotations
Quotations are valid for 14 calendar days after which time they may be subject to change.  Where quotations are based on details provided by the customer such quotations are subject to the accuracy of any measurements given.

Conditions and Warranties
Natural products may show some colour variation. Where Hacienda UK Ltd agrees to provide a specifically designed plan, the customer agrees to check the accuracy and suitability of the plan.

Delivery
The customer shall provide free and safe storage accommodation of the materials and other products received from Hacienda UK in connection with any work carried out.  Hacienda UK Ltd will do all that it reasonably can to meet the date given for delivery or installation.  In the case of unforeseen circumstances, beyond reasonable control of Hacienda UK Ltd, Hacienda UK Ltd may not be able to do so. In such circumstances Hacienda UK Ltd will contact the customer to arrange an alternate date.

Installation
Hacienda UK Ltd approved installers will carry out any installation work.  Hacienda UK Ltd will use reasonable endeavour to keep disruption of water, gas and electricity supplies to a minimum throughout the fit. Removal of any pre-existing units or old fixtures may cause some damage to surrounding areas, particularly bathrooms.  The agreed price does not cover making good, either plastering, tiling or decorating which will only be carried out if an additional charge has been made in the fitting allowance.

Risk and Liability
As soon as the goods have been delivered, the customer will be responsible for them.

Ownership of goods
Ownership of the goods will remain with Hacienda UK Ltd and shall not pass to the customer until the agreed price for them has been paid.

Consents
The customer is responsible for obtaining all necessary planning permission and local authority consents for the work to be carried out.  Hacienda UK Ltd will not be liable for any work carried out which requires planning permission after the job has started or on completion of work.

Copyright
Any plans drawn by Hacienda UK Ltd are and remain its property and may not be reproduced in whole or part without its previous written consent.

Payment Conditions for orders under £10,000
A deposit of 50% of the total order will be required for securing an order with installation. Thereafter a further 40% will be required prior to the commencement of the fitting start date. There will be a sign off completion note, to be confirmed by the customer and Hacienda UK Ltd.
At which time the final payment of 10% will be required.

Payment Conditions for orders over £10,000
A deposit of 50% of the total order will be required for securing an order with installation. Thereafter a further 30% will be required on the fitting start date. There will be a sign off completion note, to be confirmed by the customer and Hacienda UK Ltd. At which time the final payment of 20% will be required.

Payment Conditions for Supply Only orders
An order for supply only, will require 50% deposit and final payment will be required on delivery to Hacienda UK Ltd before any order is accepted, unless consent is given by Hacienda UK Ltd.

All card payments are processed with a 1.5% fee, which will be included after the total. The balance is paid to Hacienda UK Ltd. The total amount will be deducted after the fee is applied.
